Download commons-dbcp.jar version 1.4 (link)
Download commons-pool.jar version 1.6 (link)
Add the jars to /opt/jboss-as-7.1.1.Final/standalone/deployments/i2b2.war/WEB-INF/lib/
Restart the i2b2 node
