Follow these steps to quickly deploy a mySCILHS myARCH cluster on a host system:

  1. Install the mySCILHS myARCH cluster by following the installation guide.
  2. Connect the cluster to the mySCILHS myARCH Docker repository.
  3. (Optional) If using the i2b2 container, build the Oracle database container.
  4. Start the mySCILHS myARCH cluster.
  5. (Optional) If using the REDCap container, prepare it for mySCILHSmyARCH.
  6. In a browser, navigate to the cluster home page (which should be https://<your-myscilhs-hostname>/) and perform an end-to-end system test.
