myARCH (formerly mySCILHS - pronounced 'my skills')

is an open-source software project and platform designed to support the clinical research workflows required for contacting and consenting prospective research subjects across academic medical centers. The platform is currently being tested and implemented at 10 major academic medical centers throughout the U.S. that are participating in the ARCH project to manage the study enrollment process, including

  1. Screening of prospective subjects for study suitability according to study-specific inclusion and exclusion criteria,
  2. Determination of suitability to approach for consent, via outreach to each subject’s medical provider,
  3. Mailing of opt-in/opt-out letters to suitable subjects prior to initial subject contact for consent,
  4. Initiation of direct subject contact for study enrollment consent via outreach modalities at home (e.g. telephone) or at the point-of-care, and
  5. Flexible integration with patient-centric survey and reporting tools, enabling secure collection and export of patient-reported outcomes

Designed for use with other, widely-adopted platforms for the clinical research, including the open-source i2b2 clinical data warehouse and freely available REDCap electronic data capture and survey platform, myARCH is designed to be readily adaptable for use for contact and consent workflows throughout the clinical enterprise.

We welcome your input and feedback.
