Prepare Contact List

To prepare a myARCH-ready contact list, do the following:

  1. Create a upload test file in the appropriate (CSV) format.  The test file for the OA survey exists on the mySCILHS host at $MYSCILHS_HOME/test_data/OA/OA_sample_contacts.csv (and also found here ). 
  2. Login to the Contact Info App on the myARCH server: (https://<myscilhs-host>/myscilhs-csv/login.html). The login is the username/password specified in myscilhs-csv.properties
  3. Click on Choose File and select the CSV File you saved and click 'Submit'.
  4. The application will then prompt you to save a file to your local machine, which will contain a modified version of your original contact list.  Each contact will have a newly-generated myARCH identifier appended to their record.
