Completing a myARCH Survey

Perform the following steps to complete a myARCH Survey:

  1. Click 'Add/Edit Records' on the left side of the page.
  2. Select a record to edit. Go to the part of the form which has the consent question, and make sure to select 'Yes' and save the response.
    1. In the OA Survey, this question is in the 'OA Consent' instrument.
  3. Then select the survey form (ie: OA Web Survey) to take.


  4. Enter information for the Survey and click 'Save Record'.
